Let me start by saying the flowers were beautiful and the on-line experience was thorough and very professional. Order and delivery confirmations, and a final “how did we do?” email we’re well coordinated! The only reason I’m putting 4 stars instead of 5 is the flowers were dropped at the wrong location and not to the address specified. Just left in the driveway at a wrong house. Through some good fortune, they got the arrangement intact but the recipient was very upset with how that delivery was handled.
